Good and perfect location in a domestic area, very close to the pub for at least a hour and a half, transport links-trains and trams and railway station and town centre. Welcoming and pleasant staff with knowledge of the place. Neat and huge room with an electric kettle, a stone fireplace and iron/ironing board for a really comfortable stay...

it had perfect location, not far from venue and tram stop, metro into nottingham and the pub for at least a hour and a half. we found nice mrs c's vintage tearoom nearby with hot beverages.

A convenient stay with clean and basic accommodations, complemented by friendly staff who were very accommodating with my luggage while I attended a funeral nearby. The pub on-site was a highlight, with a well-prepared burger offering . Some facilities appeared dated, and parking was limited in the immediate area, which could pose issues. Noise levels in the evening were a bit disruptive.

I recently stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved the handmade pies, which were a delightful surprise on pie night! The range of real ales was impressive, and I couldn't resist trying a few. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening with friends.

The music was a touch too loud for chatting comfortably, a bit hard to catch up with everyone.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with hot water available for a refreshing shower after a day exploring. A convenient location right next to the tram stop for easy city access.

I really enjoyed the local beers at the bar. They had a great selection and the ambiance felt chill. The staff were super friendly. My room wassuper clean and cozy, a big plus after a long day. The room decor felt dated and could use a refresh. I also noticed it was quite noisy at night, which disrupted my sleep. Shared bathrooms were okay, but I prefer private ones for more comfort. The food at the pub was decent, but I wish there had been more affordable options on the menu. The location was fantastic, right next to the tram stop. Little things like these make a big difference.
